We’re a high value professional service provider with an outstanding provision of complimentary customer support, and client resources for working online, all part of your Virtual Miss Friday experience. We’re incredibly transparent about rates and pricing information. We don’t like any surprises, and we’re sure you don’t either.
SERVICES BY THE HOUR
Rates are fixed as shown below. Our services are quoted in GBP (UK Pounds). For international clients, invoices will be translated into your local currency (USD or EURO) at the rate of exchange from the time of our estimate, or if no estimate is required the date of the invoice. Please note that when purchasing adhoc hours, there is a minimum package requirement of 20 hours, which can be used anytime over a 6 month period, a flat rate 10% discount will be applied to invoices of packages of any hours exceeding 30 hours.

PREMIER CLIENT PACKAGE
Virtual Miss Friday is one of the leading online business consultancies with built-in virtual assistant services on the web, and we pride ourselves in the fact that all of our clients have the exact same quality of service. There are however time restraints on Michelle when handling multiple businesses and clients, so we need to schedule in tasks and requests to mutually agreeable deadlines, which we take very seriously, however we appreciate, there are some clients who require a higher level of service to keep up with the demands of their business.
To service these clients, we offer the option to upgrade the level of attention you receive. Michelle Dale, the CEO of Virtual Miss Friday, is offering her personal time and attention to a select few clients, and for a monthly management fee, you’ll receive the following additional benefits as one of our few “Premier” clients.

SAVES MONEY
You will be exempt from our express rate, we act quickly with no additional charge.

SAVES TIME
You will be given the utmost priority when scheduling work in with the team.

FAST RESPONSE
New questions or requests will be responded to as a priority, as soon as they are picked up.

DIRECT COMMUNICATION
You’ll have access to Michelle’s personal Skype ID and during weekdays contact her directly

WEEKLY CALLS
You will have the option to schedule in weekly focus calls with Michelle to discuss your tasks and projects.

CONSULTING SESSION
Optional quarterly consulting sessions (value £500) are available to share ideas and future plans.
ABOUT OUR RATES
We have 3 different standard hourly rates, depending on the type of work we are assisting you with, based on the level of skill required. Billable Hours are logged in 15 minute increments. If you have any questions with regards to our billing and payments, or you would like to discuss our rates, please do not hesitate to contact Michelle.
ADMINISTRATION / MARKETING £29.00 PER HOUR.
This covers a majority of our services. It is applicable to general administration and marketing services. Your tasks will be overseen by our administration and social media manager, and Michelle will always be available for support and assistance.
CREATIVE £39.00 PER HOUR.
This covers several of our more skilled “technical” VA Services. For when you need a service which is particularly specialist, requiring the use of our design skills, or software programs and systems that require learning. Your tasks will be overseen by our design and technical development manager, and Michelle will always be available for support and assistance.
CONSULTING, PROJECT MANAGEMENT £500 PER SESSION/PROJECT.
This covers working directly with Michelle on your projects and assignments, and Michelle personally overseeing the work, and assisting with delegation to the team. We fully appreciate you may be competent and know exactly what you need, and you can effectively delegate the tasks to our in-house team, while working alongside our department managers, however, if you are unsure of how to pull your projects together, or you need advice on best systems and practises, or simply the expertise from a consultant who has been operating and managing online businesses since 2005, then a consultation with Michelle would be wise to implement a clear plan and a schedule for taking action before a project begins.
EXPRESS SERVICE.
All work is required to be scheduled in to mutually agreed deadlines, however we appreciate you may occasionally need work done with speed, efficiency and accuracy, meeting tighter than normal deadlines which have not been discussed in advance. Our quick turnaround service guarantees this same quality, but fast! Our Express rate is the hourly applicable rate x 2.

ABOUT OUR INVOICING.
We have 3 billing options which are applicable to the type of work we are supporting you with.
ADHOC BASIS (HOURLY).
If you only require tasks on an adhoc basis to be completed without a schedule in place, we suggest you purchase a block of hours (minimum 20) in advance, and we’ll let you know when those hours have been used. Please note, when you purchase a block of hours, those hours will be valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Whilst we always endeavour to be available when you need us, purchasing blocks of hours does not guarantee availability. To ensure we are available when you need us, please see our retainer options below.
All requests which take up to 4 hours to complete are scheduled in on the following day from when they are received and will be actioned within 24 hours. So for example, send us the task on Monday, we’ll have it in the work schedule on Tuesday, and completion will be by Thursday.
If the work will take longer than 4 hours, we’ll notify you of a completion date when we schedule the work in, we’ll always aim to complete as soon as possible.
**Please note, we’ll schedule tasks in the same day for Premier Clients aiming for completion within 24-48 hours.
MONTHLY RETAINER BASIS (HOURLY OR FIXED PRICE ESTIMATE)
If you require regular daily, weekly or monthly administrative support, and would like to guarantee our availability, we can provide you with a retainer, where we will allocate a set number of hours each month to you. For example 20 or 30 hours a month, or we’ll process a set number of tasks for a fixed price amount agreed on an estimate. Invoices are issued in advance each month around the 1st of the month or monthly from the time the work began, whichever is preferred.
Any hours or tasks which are worked over and above the monthly retainer will be added on to the following months invoice, and any which are not used, will be deducted from the following months invoice. Invoices for retainer packages are issued on the date each month from the day services began.
Please note, retainer clients will have their work checked daily, and will often have any new tasks completed the same day, or next day.
FIXED PRICE ESTIMATE PER PROJECT.
If you require a fixed price or project estimate, whether large or small, we will compose a bulleted brief along with an itemised cost outline for your perusal. Upon your approval, and at every step thereafter, we will follow our agreement “to the letter.”
In every situation – without exception, we will always only recommend to you services and systems in which we genuinely believe you will receive a specific benefit. For estimates under £1000 the amount will be invoiced and billed in advance, in full.
For estimates exceeding £1000 a 50% deposit is required to begin, and then 50% will be due on completion.
